Cristina Muntean

Cristina Muntean is a professional communications advisor, media trainer and coach. She has more than 12 years’ experience in the Czech, Romanian and international media. In August 2010 Cristina founded Media Education CEE, a Prague-based premium PR advisory and training agency. Her clients are top managers, diplomats and public officials who aim to make their voice heard in their community. In June 2011 Cristina was elected president of the Czech PR Klub; in January 2012 she was elected chairwoman of the Marketing Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Prague. Elisabet Rodriguez Dennehy

Elisabet Rodriguez Dennehy is a native of San Juan Puerto Rico. For the last four years she has conducted Coaching and Mentoring programs for the University of Pittsburgh in Sao Paulo, Brazil for global companies like Dow, Motorola, PWC and Caterpillar, in Prague, Czech Republic for Deloitte, PPG and ABB. She serves as lead faculty for the prestigious Women Executive Leadership program sponsored by the Beard institute at Duquesne University. She is also adjunct faculty at Duquesne University Business School. Her full time job and passion is her work- she owns a boutique consulting company, Rodriguez and Associates LLC whose mission is to enhance the performance of both men and women by promoting gender integration.


Emanuel Šíp

Emanuel Šíp is consultant in economics and transport. He has been acting as Partner of Allied Progress Consultants Association since 1998. During 2007-2009 he was Deputy Minister of Transport responsible for strategy and preparation of Czech EU Presidency in transport. Before 1998 he occupied managerial posts in ČKD Holding and ČSOB Bank and was Director of Price Regulation Department at the Ministry of Finance. During 1993 – 1995 he was Head of České dráhy (Czech Railways) and managed there a team preparing a market reform of the Czech railway system. In the past he also took part at the preparation of several PPP projects.

Evžen Tošenovský

Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy Evžen Tošenovský has been representing the Czech Republic in the European Parliament since 2009. He is elected for the Civic Democratic Party (ODS). Evžen Tošenovský graduated from the Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Economics. In 1993 he became the mayor of the City of Ostrava and he held the office for a period of eight years. During 2000 – 2008 he was the governor of the Moravian-Silesian Region and he served also as the chairman of the Association of Regions of the Czech Republic. In 2009 he was elected to the European Parliament with the largest number of preferential votes in history. As an expert in the engineering area he became the Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy. He is also a member of the Delegation for relations with Japan and a substitute member of the Delegation for relations with the People’s Republic of China.


Iva and Joseph Drebitko

Iva Drebitko is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture in Brno and the École d´Architecture in Paris UP7. She worked since 1982 in the studio of Oscar Niemayer in Paris and in Brazil. In the 90 years she specialized in clinics and medical facilities in France and published many scientific articles and reviews. In 1996 she was invited to open and manage a branch of American architectural company HOK in Prague. Since then she has lived and divided her activities between Prague and Paris. Today she is a partner and investment advisor of Three P Ltd. and Angeles a.s. In Prague she founded the club of patrons TRIGA and co-founded the Czech branch of Washington National Museum of Women on the Arts. She is a member of several international associations for the promotion and development of the art in France and Czech republic. She is involved in architecture and design in a private sector, also enjoys drawing and art history . She is active in several sports and speaks 5 languages.


Ivan Pilný

I completed the Electrotechnic Facutly at the Czech Technical University with accolades. Most of my professional career was related to information and communication technologies. I was the first CEO of Microsoft in the Czech and Slovak Republics, later the head of the board of Czech Telecom. I managed the alternative operator eTel and was the president of the associations of IT companies and alternative operators. I’m the President of the Tuesday Business Network and a member of executive boards of charity and social organizations. I often present on TV, mostly as the investor in the Day D program. Recently I actively focus on the subject of brain and its training. I published five books about business, internet and the brain. In 2014 I became a Deputy in the Parliament of the Czech Republic for the ANO party.


James A. Cusumano

James A. Cusumano is Chairman and Owner of Chateau Mcely (www.ChateauMcely.Com), chosen in 2007 by the European Union as the only “Green” 5-star luxury hotel in Central and Eastern Europe and in 2008 by the World Travel Awards as The World’s Leading Green Hotel. It is home to Chateau Mcely Forum™ (www.ChateauMcelyForum.Com) which offers programs that teach the principles of Inspired Leadership. He is a former Research Director for Exxon, and subsequently founded two public companies in Silicon Valley, one in clean power generation, the other in pharmaceuticals manufacture via environmentally-benign, low-cost, catalytic technologies. He is coauthor of Freedom from Mid-East Oil, released in 2007 by World Business Academy Press (www.WorldBusiness.Org) and author of Cosmic Consciousness – A Journey to Well-being, Happiness and Success,. His new book, BALANCE: The Business—Life Connection was published in April 2013 by SelectBooks in New York City. It was published in Czech in October 2013 by Fortuna Libri.


Jan Mühlfeit

Chairman Europe Microsoft Corporation. Served in different positions in MS Czech/Slovak subsidiary between 1993 – 2000. Led CEE region in 2000-05. Vice President of Microsoft’s Public Sector team in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in 2005, Vice President, EMEA Corporate & Government Strategy in 2006 and later Chairman Europe, Microsoft Corporation, Mr. Muehlfeit Chairman of EAG (European Action Group) on Entrepreneurship Education, board member of JA, Co-Chairman of the European e-Skills Association and a member of the Board of AIESEC and Ovum advisory body. He also represents Microsoft on the TABD, the Transatlantic Business Dialogue and is involved in his advisory capacity in different projects of World Economic Forum, OECD and European Commission. He is member of European Commission High Level Group on Higher Education. He is also a board member of Czech National museum.


Jonathan Wootliff

A former director of Greenpeace International. He lives in Prague and works throughout the world as a sustainability consultant to business. He is a special advisor to the Czech Business Council for Sustainable Development. He has consulted many large corporations including BP, Colgate-Palmolive, McDonald’s, Procter & Gamble and Whirlpool, and providing counsel to companies on the development of sustainability strategies. Among his many activities, he helps companies to resolve disputes, forge productive relationships with non-governmental organizations, and build long-term sustainability strategies. Karin Genton-L’Epée

A business coach with 31 years of extensive professional experience in the United States, France and the Czech Republic. For the past 15 years she has developed a range of coaching and training programs for mid- and top-level managers, focusing on leadership development, cross-cultural understanding and effective communication in a global environment. Karin enables her clients to devise more effective strategies to achieve their personal and professional goals. She is also a regular contributor to business journals and magazines. Martin Opatrný

Martin OPATRNÝ is expert on communication, Public Relations and Public Affairs. He gained his present experience both in private sector and civil service. He is tutor and independent advisor on media and crisis communication, PR and PA. Besides that he also teaches Media and Crisis Communication at Charles University in Prague and Diplomatic Academy. He lectures communication and as a freelancer advises on this field and on Public Relations and Public Affairs as well.


Maureen Chang

Mrs. Chang came to the Czech Republic with her husband in 2000. Unexpectedly, she got into activities as urged by her friend, to renovate chateau, to build a golf course, to publish a magazine, and to build a unique business model, a brand. Mrs. Chang, ex-General Director and founder of Casa Serena, dedicated 12 years of her life in the Czech Republic to accomplish her commitment to the project and fulfill her commitment to her friend very much single-handily. She had done what only few people tried. It has been very hard but rewarding. She had to learn everything there is to know for her project. A journalist by training, Mrs. Chang plans to apply her experiences and knowledge to promote the tri-culture center hoping it will lead to a better world for everyone.


Tansu Philip

Tansu is a Junior Political Science and Television and Broadcast Journalism double major at Chapman University in Orange, Calif. She’s studying International Relations abroad this fall in Prague at the Anglo-American University.


Tereza Urbánková

Tereza Urbánková is a PR, communications and marketing professional with over 15 years’ experience and proven success in industries such as hospitality, retail, IT, defence, broadcast, logistics and engineering. For the past seven years she has been working and living in London, UK; currently she is Manager of Global Communications for AMEC plc, a large international engineering consultancy. Tereza also works as a freelance consultant in the area of communications and PR.
